What are some great-tasting recipes with tofu in them?What are some good recipes with tofu?
well if your looking 4 a nice little snack, i would say take a block of silken tofu and press it for about half an hour. then cut it into about 6 pieces this way

after that half each piece so u end up with 12 square pieces of tofu.


lay them down and put diced scallions on top, just enough 2 cover them, then scatter some diced ginger on them. then sprinkle them with sesame seeds.


drizzle some roasted sesame oil over them, just enough 2 lightly coat them, then squirt soy sauce on them to taste.


if you are making this for someone who is not vegetarian exchange the sesame seeds with small ground up dried shrimp.
