Does anyone know where I could get some really good tofu recipes?
Saute garlic in olive oil, slice the tofu and saute in the garlic with some soy sauce. Great with bok choy.

There are many cookbooks from the Moosewood restaurant that have lots of Tofu recipes. Check it out at your nearest bookstore.
