I need help with tofu recipes?

Easy and quick to make recipes with cooking instructions using tofu please helpI need help with tofu recipes?
For firm tofu always prepare your tofu before using it in a recipe. Pat dry, slice into 8-10 slices, place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce, bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Store in fridge up to 7 days and use as needed. This improves the flavor while retaining a neutrality and the texture.

My fave recipe: Cut slices in 1/2 to make squares. Coat in BBQ sauce and broil or BBQ until crunchy black starts to form on edges.

My favorite quick and easy way is to drain (of course) then cut any way you want. Either soak in half bbq sauce and half PURE maple syrup or if time is short just brush it on. Stick it on a baking sheet and broil, flip, till crispy. Or you can put a little oil in a pan and pan fry it.
. Take 1 block of tofu and slice it thinly. Marinate in 1 cup soy sauce and 1 cup orange juice for at least 1 hour. Cook on medium high heat in sesame oil for about 10-15 min. Serve with soy sauce/orange juice dirzzled on top and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast or parm.

That's my recipe for orange tofu.
Check out www.vegweb.com for easy recipes. My fave is Lemon Tofu w/Capers. I also like the Sesame Tofu with Scallions.
