What are some delicious easy recipes for tofu???..and how do you cook it?

i bought a block of tofu today but i dont know how to cook it.


can anyone tell me please how or any recipes?

You can crumble it up and use it in place of scrambled eggs.


You can chop it in cube and saute it in oil until it is golden brown and then toss it in with stir-fried veggies and add a good sauce.


You can marinate it and cook it on the grill (about 3-4 minutes per side)

make sure you dry it out well. i wrap mine in paper towels, then a regular towel, then stick it in a drainer with a heavy can on top of it for a while.





i dont' know much to do with it. i usually make for breakfast a tofu scramble... tofu (scrambled like eggs) with beans, cheese, tomatos, peppers, onions and mushrooms... taste great. occasionally i might make a veggie stir fry with tofu adn that's good too.
