Easy tofu recipes?

I am 15yrs old and I want to become a vegetarian. I bought some tofu to try out, the type you use for main courses/entrees and I think some soft type used for desserts. Does anyone know any easy recipes for me to start off with?Easy tofu recipes?
Tofu scramble is really easy to make. Here's the recipe I use:

1 box Mori-Nu silken firm tofu, patted dry and mashed

1/8 tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup of veggies (I use red %26amp; yellow peppers. You can use your favorite veggies -- tomatoes, broccoli, fresh mushrooms, onions, etc.)

Place the tofu in a lightly oiled saut茅 pan and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked and the tofu is heated through.

I'm a bit younger than you and the only vegetarian in my family of four. I cook my own meals and rely on tofu for my protien. I honestly just put it in a pan with some soy sauce and then heat it up. Another thing I live off of is soy. Trader Joes has a lot of soy supplements, so if you have one of those near you you'll find it VERY helpful.
SUMMER KOREAN RECIPE:

DIPPING SAUCE: FILL SMALL CONDIMENT BOWL ( LIKE USED FOR SUSHI ) WITH SOY SAUCE. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF WHITE VINEGAR. SPRINKLE A PINCH EACH OF DRIED RED CHILI FLAKES AND ROASTED SESAME SEEDS. GENTLY STIR TO MIX BUT NOT TOO MUCH.

DRAIN CHILLED TOFU AND CUT INTO BITE SIZED CUBES. YOU DIP THE TOFU CUBES IN THE SAUCE. IT'S REALLY A GOOD, COOL AND FILLING SUMMER MEAL!
Stir fry

Put Oil in a wok ti it add lil bit of garlic, shallots and lil ginger...add sliced beans, carrots, broccoli, tofu(salt n pepper to taste)...cook for a while till soft..enjoy!
