I am no expert when it comes to tofu recipes but hope these sites will help you prepare delicious meals. Keep healthy!
My fave tofu recipe that I found on www.vegweb.com.

Don't forget to freeze and press your tofu!

1 lb tofu, sliced

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

2 tbsp flour

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

chopped scallions

a couple handfuls Whole Foods ';Stoplight Peppers'; (or just cut up 1/2 bell pepper)

1-2 tbsp capers

Saute tofu in a frying pan until it begins browning. Add nutritional yeast and flour and stir to coat tofu slices. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, and vinegar and stir until liquid is absorbed. Toss in peppers, scallions, and capers, and saute, mixing with tofu, until peppers are tender-crisp.

Serve with rice or potato.
Check out ';Vegan With a Vengeance'; by Isa Moskowitz (she's the cook from ';The Post Punk Kitchen'; whose website someone referenced above.) Even if you're not specifically looking for vegan recipes, she has a fair number of tofu recipes and some good info about draining and pressing tofu and how to prepare it in general. And all the recipes I've tried are super yummy.
Fried Tofu

This makes a quick and easy snack, and is good served with grilled veggies and soft tortilla wraps, or with your favourite dipping sauces.

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sesame oil

1 packet of frozen tofu, defrosted

dash soya sauce

Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Thinly slice the tofu and fry until golden brown. Just before serving, add the soya sauce and season to taste.

Notes

Tofu which has been frozen then defrosted has a nice chewiness to it (and freezing is a convenient way of storing the tofu if you haven't got a good local supply).
I just made scrambled tofu. Here's a recipe from the PPK:
