Does Anyone Have Some Tofu Recipes?

Any type is fine. It can be sweet, savory, with sauces, fried, whatever there might be.





Please tell me of any that you know of. The ones that i found on some sites aren't very good.

tofu with peanut sauce

black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander





heat oil in pan until you see a ripple


sprinkle seasoning on 1 inch slices of tofu


turn off heat to oil


gently lay down tofu spice side down into oil


cook until golden brown


repeat for other side

I could eat it every night! My boyfriend also makes a delicious variation using the same cooking technique but instead of soy sauce he brushes the tofu with a little dark roasted sesame oil on both sides before putting it in the pan.
